Construction of cottages to order

Oak frame cottage style homes radiate quaint charm with pitched roofs, dormer windows, and inviting porches. Inside, they offer intimate, comfortable spaces with pastel palettes, floral accents, and a rustic aesthetic, creating timeless retreats.

Your dream bespoke cottage style home

All six designs in our cottage range come with flexibility in mind. This means the layout can be paired back and can incorporate an aisle-frame structure or a full post and beam style for a fuller oak structure dependent on your desired aesthetics and budget. Each comes with a minimum three bedrooms. All our cottages also have the potential to include a garden room if that’s high on your wish-list. Characterful features include dormers and vaulted ceilings. Step into our cottage styles…

Design features

Beautifully crafted

One oak house style, six oak frame design templates. Our cottage range designs comprise modest-size, oak frame homes with features beautifully designed to sit comfortably within a country setting.

Bespoke by design

Internally, different aesthetics can be created, giving you the choice of anything from a contemporary to a traditional design. Depending on your preference, all six cottages can be simplified to a base aisle-framed oak structure, with less oak visible internally, or can be upscaled to a full post and beam style frame that will give a fuller oak structure.

Perfectly practical

Our cottage range integrates vernacular features, traditional form, and sympathetic materials to harmonise with the surroundings. Designed to a modest scale, the interiors maximise space with dormers and vaulted ceilings. Each design is adaptable to your lifestyle needs and plot requirements.
